(A) Pursuant to KRS 97.120, the Mayor of the city shall appoint a committee of three persons to serve on the Riverside Park Commission.
(B) The Commissioners appointed shall be approved by the majority of the City Council.
(C) Each Commissioner shall serve for a term of four years; except that, those Commissioners first appointment shall be appointed for terms that will allow a term of each member to expire in a different year.
(D) The Commission and the project shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of KRS 97.100 through 97.240.
